FYI that effect is called vasodilation, which is how things like NO boosters work. The capsicum in cayenne is what does it.

thats pretty interesting, does all spicy food do that? the process of dieting and losing weight is fun and somewhat easy if its what you really want and are willing to educate yourself, the hard part is the patience and the commitment. Your on a good track tho

Anything with capsicum in it. Also spicy food tends to boost metabolic rate and start diet-induced thermogenesis.

hey guys just figured i would share again! ziplining was a blast! soooooo much fun. if you have never done it before its a must! that was just a stepping stone to getting over my fear of heights.

who knew that losing weight would make me want to try stuff like this lol. next month in mid july im going sky diving with a few friends! i cant wait this is gonna be a major rush!
