If your referring to Terminator Cobras, Ive personally seen them go as fast as 12.40-12.60's stock w/ the right driver....so apparently you've seen some bad drivers.

Most cobra drivers are either failures (saw a black one at Island last Friday whip out a mid 14) or just can't hook due to power

All I've seen were on decent tires too.
