They are very advanced vehicles for their time. Supercharged models were available, as well as an Automatic Transmission I believe.

Its a good one, I haven't seen one of those before.
If I look at it analytically, every manufacturer tends to do a lot of things the same from model to model and year to year, so what I see is the nose is a very British inspired design, a lot like the early Jags and Rols-Royces. But the roof line, windshield, and doors look very much like the mid to late 30's Chevys. I know Chrysler liked to use a lot of British inspired designs in the 20s and 30s, so I'd guess early 30s Chrysler and guess that Chevy copied the roofline and windshield design in the mid to late 30s.
