PINKS

Watch PINKS tomarrow night 3/19 at 10:00. My friend that i mentioned in the Pinks All Out thread is going to be on TV racing his AMC. He's one of the guys helping me with my Firebird so he's F-body friendly. He hooks me up with parts and helps a lot of other racers out. Watch him make a good name for South Jersey racers on national TV.

Yeah, he held the mustang off to a fender and then blew his doors off when he knew he was going to win. I kinda felt bad when everybody called him a sand bagger but when he raced him in the winner takes all round i felt much better. The mustang was sprayin his a** off and Kenny was on strait motor.
Before he went up to New York to race all he knew was that he was racing a mustang...that's it. And the only rule he had to stick to was to bring a car that was no faster than 10.5. The week before New York he was working the bugs out of the car at Atco and his best run was a 10.6. It's not his fault the mustang didn't bring his A game.
The funny part is the very next day the guy was calling my buddy trying to buy his car back.

Thats awesome, I saw the episode last night. I've seen your friend race at Atco before. They really played the game well. How much engine damage was there to the Mustang after that last round?

It probably needs new rings but it runs fine. When my buddy got in the mustang after the pink slip was handed over to him he boiled the tires off it. I forgot to ask him when it will be on ebay but that's how he plans on selling it.

I watched the episode this morning....once again Rich changes his mind about the "rules" of his show on the fly. How many other times have we seen people sandbag horribly and no one bats an eye when they win it all on that show? Now this time it's a huge ordeal (not that it mattered in the end).

If you notice in the beginning he basically said DON'T run the cars all out, because the track was slick. so I would have taken the way he worded it to mean sandbag the crap out of the other guy cause Rich said its cool.

yea, I only watch the show for the cars, everything else is retarded. Vinny played the game perfectly doing what every other winner on that show did and those other people cried about it so ghey Rich made them do it over. If I was Vinny, I would have said ef you, I won by YOUR rules, later. And the track was fine, neither of those cars had problems because they know how to drive. They filmed three episodes that night and I saw the other two and it was retarded driver error. That fat guy in the green Chevelle doing a ninety minute burnout in a high 12 second car, then driving all over the track over correcting his mistakes, same with the Mustang in the other episode.
