LS1 SLP y-pipe
It's a bolt up to the 2000-2002 cars to replace the stock flattened y-pipe and I thin you would need to cut a section off the passenger side to fit the 98(maybe 99). Stainless steel and in good shape. $70

Catless I'm guessing?
If so, I guess let me hop onto that line of interested parties.

It bolts up to the stock cats and has the stock rear O2 connections.

I'm gonna say if your gonna run it on a 98-99 car your going to be running partially catless since the cat on the passenger side is in the y pipe and the slp y pipe doesn't have cats in it. Good luck with the sale OP
