The radial guys were doing low 7's in street cars. -- The Outlaw guys were doing high 6's and the Pro bump was 6.70! --- Some awesome machinery and some crazy drivers! -- Some of these with these 700 ci engines with 18 stages of NOS......haahaha these guys were getting squirrely and doing wheel stands 100+ ft down the track as the next 200 hp stage of NOS kicked in! --- Nobile, Bartunek & Montecalvo had their IHRA pro stock cars in the pro class... they were running 6.38-6.43. Good entertainment --- two local guys with a 4th gen camaro for those who know them --- right ( diva )---- Glen & Scott Puluse did a 6.76 and didn't qual.--- can you believe it bring a car their and run that # and dont get in the program wow - a lot of cars! --- PS this was sent to me buy Joe Eckel 4 gen camaro super comp car on the stop 8.90--i was not their -- jz

anyone else notice that both sides of the NHRA pro stock record were broken this weekend too?
line went 6.55x @ 209.xx sunday afternoon. he had it on the wheelie bars to the 330's at least, it was sweet.

i just read that the record for a 275 section radial is at 7.74 lol

anyone still think you need a big tire to make your street car hook? lol

joe was at island this saturday, but i didnt see what he was driving, i didnt know that him or the puluse's were into these classes. I'm afraid to ask where glen and scott get their money from... all i know is that the dragster glen bought from mulligan (that beautiful BOS car) was a LOT of cash, and they have a 6 sec camaro? all i remember seeing is that on one of glen's cars it said 'crime pays'.....

yea glen is i don't know who is more certifiable JJ or glen hahahahahhaha 69 Camaro blown alky 2 speed 7:73 175 mph Saturday --- and if necessary he can dial it out of the trailer and go into first round --- but glen his heart will explode some day the guy is wired way to tight u no --- but that nut can drive --- the camaro cant hook at I one of the guys said it has a sonnys 698 4 stages NOS on a tunnel wow i seeen it the last time we were at e town 6:70s 203 / 206 like that but it looks like it does not want to stop went to the end even with the shoot out --- jz

a few members here have met john, they all agree he's insane and scary.. but glen is just psychotic. you're right, i think his heart might explode one day... but i guess all of us sub 7-second racers have to be a little crazy, right?
