What the hell is a ATCO? or where would a ATCO be?

Went last night to Atco, was awesome. Plenty of cars out there ( although about 50% were mustangs, no seriously there was a **** ton of them there) only 1 junior dragster, a handful of pro cars, and two bikes, but I really go there for what comes off the street. Nice rides like a Porsche and an ACR Viper. Only 1 car broke, but no fluids leaked, and people got in 3-5 runs during the two hours I was there.
