Descriptions:
Technical Support Reps
These reps will accept incoming technical related questions from our customers pertaining to their services they have purchased from us. These services can range from simple web hosting to complete VPS solutions or Dedicated Servers.

Network Admins
Network Admins will help manage our server farm, ensuring that the systems stay available and routing backups are performed. These technicians will also configure switches/routers, and add/remove equipment from the racks.

Account Reps
Account Reps will handle account-related questions or concerns, add or remove services, and handle reseller accounts for our clients. When customers call in to add/remove/modify their current services, these are the people to speak to.

CCTV Installers
These are the people who travel to customer sites and do the actual CCTV system installation and configurations. CCTV systems, if available, come with 3 month free remote storage. (If customer has internet access)
