lt1 fuel pressure issue

can anyone help with a fuel pressure problem? I'm getting 0 fuel pressure on my 97 lt1. The car wont turn over. Im not exactly experienced with fuel diagnosing issues, so i could use a hand.

I'm assuming the fuel pump went and needs to be replaced. Fuse looks fine. In that case, i would be looking to replace the pump and could use a hand with that as well. Id be willing you reimburse anyone who can help me out. I live in hillsborough.

Can you hear the pump priming when you cycle the key into the run position?

Did you check the relay?

Its under the driver side kick panel, make sure its clicking when you go to prime the pump.
