PO said stock springs just cut down. 25 year old stock springs so they are really low.

GTA mesh wheels are staggered (same size, just offset)...not running them correctly (even the stock ws6 snowflakes are diff offsets) would make them rub on the tie rod end. Spacers and extended lug nut studs are what i needed to run 17x9.5 on my formula.

They were stock and on right. They rubbed the inner wheel well not the tie rod. God I miss those wheels

If they are the original stock springs they are sagged. Therefore you are lowered by default.

Hey sorry I just saw this because it was the last post on that page. I thought I needed at least two inches with the spacers or adapter for vette wheels. Specifically 17 X 9.5 vette wheels.

Oh ok thanks. Did you use spacers or adapters? I'm not sure if there's a difference except that adapters put less stress on the wheel hub right?

YOU'RE ALIVE!! Thank God.

Anyway, 1 in adapters is all you used? I have 2's up front, 2.5's now on the back, and my ZR1's (17x9.5 and 17x11) sit perfect.

Not much and it should be done well before you get home. I was just joking with you. Come home safe and then we'll beast mode the IROC.

For you 3rd gen Camaro owners:

This plastic piece between the front bumper and radiator, is it supposed to be up higher? The stock TPI intake was gone when I got the car and I'm used to seeing that piece so I have no clue if this looks right:

This is where it attaches to the bumper and it is bolted on:

This is what happens when you get flat bedded twice with cut springs:

And this is how my hood latch lines up now. You can see the marks where the latch is hitting now about 1/4 inch behind the opening for it:

I'm not sure what happened with this pic, but I have the correct console badge now:
