Patrolman Christopher Reeves, an eight year veteran of the Millville Police Department, was killed early Sunday morning on July 8th 2012 when his cruiser collided with another vehicle at the intersection of North 3rd Street and East Broad Street in Millville. Officer Reeves is survived by his wife Susan Reeves, who is also a Millville police officer and their two year old son. “Chris was a member of his community who always gave back, whether it be as a United States Marine, Volunteer fireman, or a Police officer.
It is with great sadness the South Jersey Camaro Club regretfully and respectfully would like to announce all proceeds from our upcoming September 9th 2012 “South Jersey Camaro Show” hosted by Bennett Chevrolet will be donated to Officer Reeves’ son.

Sept 9th SOUTH JERSEY CAMARO SHOW

South Jersey Camaro Club along with Bennett Chevy in Egg Harbor Township NJ will be hosting it's 2nd Annual Camaro/Firebird Show on September 9th 2012.

The funds raised will be donated to the young son of Fallen Millville Police Officer Christopher Reeves.

Dyno will be $80.00 for 3 pulls and it will be open to all makes and models even if your not part of the show your ride of choice is welcome to the dyno......

Judging for both club cars and participants cars.
9 am start and judging will begin at 10 am.

Our judging staff will judge the participants cars and the participants will judge club cars.
The club will not compete against participants to ensure it is fair.

There will be separate trophies for both club and participants.

This year we will have custom trophies for Guest of Honors Choice, Kids Choice, Egg Harbor Township Mayors Choice, Best of Show, and Dyno Shoot Out.
I will not say what the custom trophies are but I and others have many hours building them.......
Also trophy’s for all other classes.

Highlights of the event include:

The family of fallen Police Officer Christopher Reeve’s
Scott Settlemire
ZL1 convertible
Dyno open to public
Door Prizes
Many very nice high dollar auction items
DJ/MC
FREE pop corn and cotton candy for the kids
Kids voting/Kids choice award
Kids goodie bags
Food Vendor
Ice cream Vendor
Multiple 50/50’s
Two radio stations on site
Various aftermarket vendors

This is not a Camaro show you will want to miss and it’s not a Camaro show like any other.
Get the word out and invite all your friends.

First and foremost, this is a benefit for the loss of a Father who was a Veteran, Volunteer Fireman, and a Police Officer who gave the ultimate sacrifice!
He gave his life in the line of duty protecting the ones he loved.
We owe it to his two year old son Alex to make this a phenomenal tribute to his Dad!
Please find it in your hearts to contribute any way you can.

It is up to the individual to enter the correct class.

Cars will be judged based on overall cleanliness and presentation. We will look closely at all modifications in the case of a custom Camaro and how well they were done. All areas will be a factor, paint, engine, engine compartment, interior, and trunk areas. We are using a 200 point system this year.

kev I'd be shocked if it took you more than 1:20-1:30 to get there, especially on a Sunday morning.

Scott, tell them to come over and introduce themselves (you can't miss my car), without knowing what they drive, it will be hard for me (I cannot remember a name or face to save my life), but I will recognize the cars
