New..just sayin hello
New to this board and fairly new to NJ.
Name's Chris, I live in Edison. I'm a member of ls1.com, ls1tech.com, and camaroforums.com, along with a couple others. Just saying hello, trying to meet other camaro nuts/ shade tree mechanics/ red necks in the NJ area who just like to hang out, drink beer, and work on cars.

Depends on the day/weather I'll drive:
93 Camaro Z-28
2006 CBR 1000RR
2005 Dodge Ram 1500
Got a 78 camaro in the works of restomod - trying to find a ls1 or LT1 with a T56 to swap in and twin turbo it....body work is almost 95%

Welcome to the site
I have a 79 camaro that I'm in the very slow process of swapping an LT1/T56 into.

welcome aboard!
I was in the process of an LS1/T56 swap into an 81 camaro, but had to sell motor and trans for financial reasons. Hopefully one day soon I'll be able to try again. Check out nastyz28.com for any type of 2nd gen information you may need. There's a lot of swaps going on over there, and a TON of information

Unfortunately I have the Z up on jack stands right now. Changing the suspension out to the Koni single adjustables. Finished the rear now just gotta finish the fronts.
Also gotta tidy up some electrical. Had a short and have almost all the interior out to find it. Turned out to be a chafed wire but I just gotta finish re-installing my interior.
I plan to have it at the May meet, hopefully - depending on some potential work travel.
