October Meet Ideas????
hey gang,
i was wondering if anyone had though of any place good to get together in october.
i know the idea of goign back to firkin came up and also the chili's on rt1 in princeton seemed cool. anyone have any other ideas before i go contacting places?

I think Chilis would be good. They should have plenty of parking for us in that back section of the parking lot where we were for the CJCFO meet, and that room we were in would be perfect for us.

Firkin is ok.....how about we do a Poker Run sometime....that would be a fun one so long as nobody got any tickets.

a poker run is an excellent idea, the motorcycle clubs do them all the time.

a poker run is a point to point cruise.
basically you drive from place to place around a town or a park and at each checkpoint you get a playing card.
at the ending point of the run you sit down with your cards and the best hand wins.
for best results you want to have 8-10 checkpoints. it is a really easy way to have a lot of fun. usually good for a few silly prizes and a lot of laughs.
