Yes that happens. You joined in December
The clubs monthly meet is usually a place to eat, but everyone has to get there and many meet up to cruise to the locations
Other than that, buy people gas and they will drive aimlessly with you

I cruise my Camaro all the time! This morning I cruised it right to Sam's Club to buy some stuff, then cruised it home.

Short answer: No.
I can't speak for the rest of the state, but most of the North guys I've met don't go cruising just to go cruising. It's usually a caravan to either a club meet, non-club affiliated car show, or something along those lines. The event is what draws everyone out, and the ride-along comes complimentary.
For most of us around here, we're too busy with work, relationships & projects to designate time for motorcycle-club-style cruises. Besides, it's December. We're hibernators!
I'm sure there a few that will fit your criteria, but I doubt it will be much of a "pack."

Cruising in the winter isn't too common - I won't have one for the Jan meet since I'll likely be in the Exploder. But come March, I'm all in. Usually they're to a club meet, show, etc. As it's been stated, even among my general group of friends it's tough to get a big group to just aimlessly go for a cruise.
You may want to check out North Jersey Cruisers as well. They're not strictly f-bodies, but they have cruises at least 2x a month through scenic areas including PA and NY.

i think you need a dating site more than njfboa.
or a mustang.
plus cars are just too big to go "cruising" in and still manage to stay together in a group. Almost becomes unsafe especially when someone decides to show off.

Been busy working on my build. Why would I need a mustang? That doesn't even make sense. And a Dating service? What's that? I've always had more than enough tail for 2, lol. does it make you feel cool to insult others?

Yeah, I was biting my tongue. I haven't been here in a while because of his comments. When I saw that, it fired me back up again.
