Simple LS Tune Questions

I need to remove CAGS and AIR. What are the best options to do this? I don't really want to pay for a full dyno tune yet because the car isn't completely sorted yet.

I also have an ABS light because my rear doesn't have ABS(3 channel) will the scanner at inspection pick up the codes if I remove the light? I'm not really committed to putting my 12 bolt in yet.

inspection doesn't care about ABS lights, only CEL and codes.

Mail order tune will take care of AIR and skip shift, i always have em turn off the rear o2's while at it.

Recommend me a mail order tuner. I see a bunch.

Anyone use Speed Inc?

Went with Speed Inc and the turnaround was great. Car runs much better. Going to change the plugs and get it inspected ASAP.
