night shade paint

can u use night shade paint on altezzas...i hate them an i wanted to buy stock an buy black outs but it would be so muhc...would the light come throu u think?

AFAIK you can make it as light/dark as you want to with nightshades... I guess just go one coat at a time till you're satisfied.

where can you get the nightshade stuff, i dont think ive ever seen it.

local speed shops either carry it or can usually order it, the brand is VHT. i have a can of it sitting right here. i did my tail lights, 4 coats + clearcoat, light still comes through, but i put brighter bulbs in it just to be safe. i dont think ive ever seen blacked out altezzas though



the right side is what it looks like with no light directly reflecting from it, almost completely black...if you look at the left tail light, imagine yours looking like that, except instead of red you see clear/silver. probably anyway

check the appearance section on the www.clubgp.com forums, they probably have someone on there with altezzas that tinted them.
