do any of you guys do media blasting. i need to get the body of my 68 camaro media blasted in the near future. i need to get some quotes. i found a couple places in jersey that will do it but id rather give the business to our sponsors. any help would be great. thanks alot

I know Paul at RPM Resto & Custom does blasting, not sure what type(s) of media he works with though.

Yes...I work in conjunction with a local guy on all my blasting. He only uses baking soda and I've never had a complaint about him. No heat warpage, trys to keep things as clean as possible, etc.

what is his rate. i was told 2day that i would be all done for under 1500. this guy really knew his ****. he told me that the estimate was high because hes never seen the car. he said it could be less. he was a real nice guy. i would love to do business with him but i dont have the cash right now

Yeah my guy is usually around $1,200-$1,500. Do you have any rust issues?

mostly just the inner structures. all the body panels will be cut off. so from the firewall back. minus the 1/4s, doors, roof. i just want the inner structures done so i can get a better look at what im working with right now.
