Some guy gave me the bird, so...
...I did what anyone else would do in this situation.
Sorry for the corny title, I have to get you guys to look at this somehow!!!
And because there are tough critics on this site, let me explain something.
1. I placed the bird towards the top of the hood because I wanted to avoid as much of the louvers as possible.
2. This decal is obviously not meant for this year vehicle but my wife wanted it and its her car, so who I am to tell her no.
3. It isnt 100% straight and the reason for that is, it requires professional installation. For those of you who dont already know I am not a professional!
Im sure there is something else wrong with it that I missed so, go ahead and rip me!!
P.S. The above text is completely meant in a joking manor and in no way am I being mean!! Carry on.

Ughhh I hate to be the first negative response here but I think it looks super tacky....it just doesn't fit the lines of the hood at all. I like the blue color but that's about it.
To me you just ruined what looks like to be a nice new paint job. To each their own though.

Hate to be a killjoy, but I have to agree with Frosty. There's a reason those decals were only on 2nd gens. I've seen many 3rd and even 4th gens with the hood decals and they never look right. I would have kept the way it was, or put the stock 3rd gen decals on it from that year. But then again, you said it's your wife's car, so if makes her happy then I guess that's what matters.
All that aside though, it looks like you did a pretty decent job of applying it.

I like it, Liked it more without it cause it was so clean looking. If it was a tad bit smaller to not hit those louvers at all it would be much better.

Personally I don't like it.
That being said, if the owner of the car likes it and is happy that's all that really matters.

If the owner likes it than it is good.
I think on a flat hood (no louvers - V6 car?) it would be better as you could have properly centered it. That is the problem I have, visually it is out of place. But I understand why you did it.

I think it would have looked better if it was ghosted in
very subtle like in pearl white, silver pearl, shadowy siloete deal.......then that **** would have been sweet.
