Dancing inmates
1600 inmates dancing at once...At least the philipines knows how to make inmates entertaining....I'd work overtime for free if we could make ours do this.

 thats awesome! although i think i'd be afraid of a riot with 1600 of them out at the same time.

Well they cant really go anywhere in that yard but there would be a riot here... i dont think they have the same level of gang problems that we do in prisons here
