Evap system?

ive been searching and cant seem to find out if i need an evap system for my car, im not worried about emissions and im going to have a fuel cell instead of my steel tank and was wondering if it would still workk out well if i didnt have an evap system for it

Evap will help it idle and keep it from smelling like gas

Yup. Instead of an evap you'd have to run a vent off of your fuel cell, which means it would smell like gas.

Canister/ system should be in the rear wheel well, driver's side, there is a plastic panel in the well.
