Flemington Chevrolet debuts Camaro May 9th!

Hey guys,

It has been a while since I posted, but I wanted to invite you guys out to our Camaro Day on Saturday May 9, 2009. We will have a brand new Camaro here on display for everyone to check out, and we are trying to find a few clean F-bodies to display. My boss is pretty specific about wanting 1st gens, but maybe if you have a really clean non 1st gen car he would like consider it. We really are looking for the older cars unless you have something exceptional or rare. Please PM me pictures and descriptions of your cars!

Would we get to test drive it?

I don't think so, but I have not actually talked to the rep about it.

I can't say for sure about the driving. A few years back when we did this with the Solstice drives were taken. I don't want to promise something I can't say with certainty.

...

Make sure to let the gang at NASTYZ28.com know about this.

I'm sure someone will bring their cars out for it.

If you could link them into this thread I would appreciate it. I have been out of the car scene for a little while, so I don't know which sites are getting the best traffic. I know this group was always a fun bunch and real car enthusiasts, which is what we want!

Someone *might* be bringing an old Yenko but understandably would want it roped off. I would really like to get some clean cars that can be enjoyed by all.

Red face Regarding my other post about the same topic.......

Sorry about that AliWantsNss. Ok, apparently you WORK there. I didn't realize that. D'oh!! Jeff called and asked me to spread the word. I guess if I read your post a little more carefully I wouldn't have posted mine. That's what happens when you rush something as you're climbing into bed half-asleep.
I wonder if we've met? I haven't been around for a while, but I always go there for service and will only buy from that dealerhip (unless I get the occasional freebee or hand-me-down that is). We've been going there almost 30 years (started with my parents [see '85 in sig], I'm not THAT old yet. lol).

If they're looking for a 2nd gen Camaro, I can bring my 70 SS396 up.

I could bring my 67' out (weather depending). I have a friend who has a 68' that may be interested in bringing his out too. Do you have any give aways to make it worth the trip out there? Send me a PM.
