Why are you going full manual?

You can go with a transgo shift kit that will let you manualy shift it as well as work as a normal automatic.

kid racer you are ridiculous. a manual valve body is a manual valve body. there is no difference between "full manual or plane manual" as you put it, i dont know where you get all of this information but its wrong.

Like fast92rs said, a shift kit update inside your stock valve body, changing springs and pressure direction will allow you to hold your gearing to whatever rpm you want. Changing governor weights and springs will also allow the RPM to climb higher if you let it shift automatically. I dont know why you think manually shifting your car will be of any benefit to you.

Also, they dont make a forward pattern manual valve body for 700r4, they only make reverse pattern.

Oh okay. I didn't now if they made a forward... What I ment by a plane manual is a stock valve body... Anyway I didn't know if a full manual one was better then juss one that say manaul/auto... I want one cause I like to shift..And with an auto valve body when you shift it is still in the gear until it shifts it self..

You can also look into getting a manual/automatic valve body. You can put it in drive and it will shift like a stock automatic or you can shift it manually in first and second and it won't shift until you hit it. And it gives you the instant tire chirp type of shift. Very similar if not the same thing Fast92RS recomended.

...what would be the point of doing that to your 700 unless you race it all the time???

Considering the age of your car and how many miles that are probably on it..
You should be looking into something more than just a $100 Transgo SK or JR Shift kit that only corrects how the Transmissions shifts or feels while driving it, because those kits Do not increase the strength and reliability of the transmission ..
You should be looking into the Larger Transgo HD rebuild kit or Sonnax Kit's those are the kits that replace alot of the failure prone parts in these transmissions..
And even those kits do not come with everything required to make a nice reliable race transmission..

You should also be building it or setting it up to correct how it feels with a upgraded Torque Converter..
You can set it up one way and then when or if you get a Higher stall Converter depending on the stall the transmission will feel like a slush box all over again..
Along with being careful how you set-up the 1-2 shift, just because it hits hard into 2nd won't exactly mean your cars is any faster...
If you consult Transgo and or Sonnax they will tell you the same thing..

Unless you have documented records on the maintenance most places depending on the mileage on your car and transmission WILL NOT install just a Shiftkit just because of transmission liability issue's...

You can find out everything you need to know about your transmission right here
