This is the weekend after the East Coast Nats. Those of us with kids might have an easier time convicing the wife to spend a few hours out there.
8/21/05 Eighth Annual Friends of Lord Stirling Stable Salute to HorsePower Classic Car and Motorcycle Show. Sunday, August 21, 9am to 3pm at Somerset County Park Commission Lord Stirling Stable, 256 South Maple Avenue, Basking Ridge. Show vehicle registration start at 9am with judging beginning at 11am. www.flssnj.org for car registration information. Spectator donation is $2.00 per person with children under 12 admitted free. All proceeds will be used to support the programs at Lord Stirling Stable. Refreshments, stable tours and pony rides will be available throughout the day.

I USED TO HAVE an 85 Camaro 305 4bbl, 90 Firebird V6, 97 Firebird V6 (10 speakers!). Despite the two family vehicles, 3 kids, wife and mortgage, I can finally realize the dream - 88 TA almost all stock... for now.
