Thinking about selling the '88 IROC

Yup, thinking about selling it already. With all my planning I'm starting to realize that the car isn't what I want to dump thousands of dollars into, however, I don't want it to go to some putz without a clue. Basically I'm wondering if anyone else is interested in the car. I'd be including all the parts I got from boon with the car as well as everything i've compiled thus far. Also, the car would come running with the interior put back together.

For those that don't know its an '88 IROC with a 305TPI, t5 trans, and 9-bolt disk rear. The car has ~153,000 miles on it. It is ATI procharged with a p600b head unit making 390rwhp/420rwtq.

I would give the following with the car to the new owner:
-t56 setup(trans, bellhousing, slp flywheel, slp clutch, stock shifter) out of a '95 camaro(approx. value $1000)
-zero miles 9" rear set up for a third gen car(already has lca brackets, spring perches, torque arm bracket, and has been resized) with disk brakes(approx. value $2250)
-four brand new bfg KDW tires($750 from tirerack)

I'd be looking for $8000 for the car and every single part I have for it. Any interest?

damn damn damn...if i didnt have school/tool loans to deal with i would somehow figure out a way to be all over that...

but, i just figure id tell you, by buying a third gen, youve already decided to dump thousands into it (granted, that statement is slightly altered in your case). thats the nature of the beast.

No i realized that going into it...and you can tell from the stuff i've already bought i had a good plan going(t56, 9", and i was planning out a forged bottom end also), its just that after thinking long and hard, id rather not completely rebuild a third gen camaro. I'd much rather do an 87-90 formula, or a ltx/lsx firehawk, or maybe even a vette. My current job pays enough to where I can pick and choose what I want so I think I'm going to do just that. Finally, I don't want to rebuild a car all summer in time for it to be what I want just in time for the winter

just an idea... why not revert the car back to stock, and sell it like that? do it sooner than later so you can get in another sports car before summer time. list the mods done to the car and see if anyone is interested.
