it would have to be an ss to be comparable to ws6, although better suspension is available for almost the same price as you will save by buying the standard ta

i tihink if you're gonna rip through the car anyway, just get a z28 or trans am. than you can mod the hell out of it with the extra cashed you saved

WS6 was originally a performance handling package. it was available, as far as I know, on all of the 4th gen firebirds. it wasn't until '96 and later that they threw in a ram-air package on top of that.

a Z28 has the same performance handling package as the WS6.

the equivalent of a Camaro SS would be a Firehawk.

I have heard before that WS6, just like RS, was reinstated in 96.

You win the prise!

Their were Comp T/A's & GT's that had the ram air hood & high rise spoilers before 96

WS6 = 32 mm front sway bar and 19 mm rear sway bar

Z28 = 30 mm front sway bar and 19 mm rear sway bar

unless of course the 1LE is thrown in there than I think the sway bars are the same and the WS6.

not sure if anything else is different about the suspension.
