you are close enough to the 14's that you should be able to make it on street tires with some practice and a little more prep work.
practice getting into the beams shallow, get those front tires up to 60psi, and vary your launch a little to see what the car likes.
most likley you will be somewhere around stalling the car up to about 1200rpm and rolling into the throttle, that seems to be the popular way to get the stock TC out of the hole in 3800 cars.

My next thing to try, is to heat up the tires alittle more, they get real nice & sticky... dump @ 2,500. Maybe this time I might actually shed some weight, my only weight reduction was the floor mats

My last run my 60 sucked cause I started at the tree @ 2,000rpm's, then on the second yellow I brought it to 2,500 and slipped the clutch had alittle bog off the line, but the car came back nice and quick. Provided I hit the tree right it should be an excellent launch. These Sumotumo's at 25psi were great!

don't heat up your street tires. they don't get sticky, they get oily.
lower your rear air pressure to about 28psi. when you pull forward, just pop the clutch real quick so they flip over once or twice to scrape off. if you heat regular street radials you will only release oils from within the rubber and make them all slippery.
sinc eyou are on street tires a clutch dump is prolly gonna be a bit much. try fading the clutch as you roll onto the throttle. dumping it will only shock the suspension adn make it hrader for the car to hook.
