for day to day driving clutch type diffs are the quietest and smoothest operating. something like an auburn pro-series woudl be great.
cone type diffs are stronger and only cost a little bit more. only thing is that they can chatter a little under high speed cornering....er...ummm......spirited driving :)
lockers are annoying. they clunk and rattle, lock and unlock randomly, and they have the shortest service life

What is the Zexel-Torsin ones that are the take offs that slp sells. They work different then a clutch type right?

teh zexels are a cone and pin type. they are nice, but service life is limited. slp doesn't have teh cheap take offs anymore i think, just teh upgraded one
