if it didn't have the 3000+ stall i'd try and show my dad it for me (get my license in july) but...how hard/expensive is it to put a stock converter on?
also would that screw up the car, as in, how do you have it set up?

Why are you worried about the converter?

3800 is a rather large stall for a literal daily driver.

stall is PERFECT for the setup..... its VERY streetable, u can ask slasherbarb and my9225thany. I have know them both for about 5 yrs now and they have both seen the car in person...... BUT! if this is your FIRST CAR! no offense but u will kill yourself.... not that i dont want to sell it but i dont want to see anyone get hurt, i know how i was with my 1st car and id be dead if this was it lol

i'm a good driver...i have driven everything from our camaro, my cousin's 12 sec maro, suburbans, toyota camry, and rack bodies for my dad's company.
and i still don't see how a 3800 stall isn't overkill for a car to drive everday.
also, if my dad is interested, would it be possible for u to bring the car to NJ? because my dad hates traveling in the car long distances. so if its in SC then its out of the question. (just saw that, my bad)

3800 Stall doesn't mean that you have to get up to 3800 RPM before the car will move. The car will still leave a light just like normal. You really won't notice it too much while cruising around town.

exactly what he said, the car still drives like a normal car but if u hold the gas and the brake at the same time to stall the car up it will launch at 3800 rpms.
and as far as the trip to jersey with it, id have to have a hefty deposit on it and a some gas money 1st lol

ahhh never knew that about converters.
IF i can get my dad interested, then he'd probly pay for it in full before having you ship it up so it'd be no prob
