Can anyone come up north on sunday to help me put my MSD Opti Cap & Rotor in along with a 160* thermostat? I have no clue what Im doing on the LT1 and Im not very skilled so any help is much appreciated. It will be done on a lift with a decent amount of hand & air tools.

The car is getting a baseline dyno at Eastside on Wed before the headers & ory go in so I want to have the car running smooth for it. I can provide some soda & food for who ever comes up. I'll be doing this at my work as well (Midland Park NJ).

So whos in?

The MSD install is quite easy. the only pain in the ass is taking off the water pump and one of ur radiator fans to get to the god forsaken thing. But im not a master mechanic but i figured it out. the directions kinda suck, but just pay attention how u take it apart, and thats how it goes back together. And good luck splicing that vacuum hose for the cap. And that little peice of metal with a hex screw welded onto it, thats a very useful tool, thats to get the opti bolts out, some ass put in the most ridiculous bolt in there. Good luck bro.

Yeah I have an electric water pump already, Im going to assume it may have given me some extra clearance? I'll be around most of the day if anyone needs my number PM me & I'll see what I can do.

jsut like the name opti. its all optical just paint it red and put an msd sticker on there and youll be done in like 5 minutes. J/k Ive done a few but def dont have time to help and i hate optis. they work great but they put it in such a bad spot.
