I know you said no Fords, but I'll throw it there anyway

1994 Eddie Baur Ford Bronco
--351 fuel injected with 137k
--e4OD which needs rebuild
--Leather seats
--Power everything
--Captain Chairs

Let me know, I know it will be a no, but figure I would throw it out there

I figured as much, I've had shops say 800 to rebuild it, but I agree something that doesn't require work for winter. Good luck finding something man, I'll keep my eye out

My buddy has a mid to late 90's Suburban 4x4 with a 454 that he is looking to unload. If you are interested I can get the details for you. He is well within your price range with some cash to spare.

Are you sure man? It will get 15mpg around town and a little better on the highway.

Good: 1996 surburban 2500 SLE 4x4, red/silver 2 tone, with gray interior, all options but leather, has tow package, 143,000 miles, 7.4 liter 454, 4L80E trans, 12 bolt rear, new radiatior, alternatior, water pump.

Bad: engine is making a ticking sound (might be a valve) but still runs and starts up fine. Intake gasket is leaking some coolant.

$1,500 Firm. If interested shoot Dave an email at shara100@optonline.net

i know its like way outta your price range but just wanted to put it out there... plus financing is available through the dealer where i bought it.
My 99 Denali, 67k miles, 4x4, auto, loaded, leather, runs great, 16" stock chrome wheels, many new parts dealer installed(radiator, water pump, hoses, front differential, fuel pump, rear gears, pinion seal, drivers seat cover). $12,000 obo (20" giovanna wheels and LED taillights available for $800 more) The truck is real nice, real luxury too with the heated front AND rear seats. Several members here have been in it and they all loved it.

Yup, he still has it. Email him, it could be all yours. Tune up the 454 or replace it and that truck is golden. It is a good price.
