So I just read threw all of the replies on here and I absolutely knew that this was coming..haha.. I must agree that some terms drive me nuts when people say them, but someone mentioned transmissions being referred to a4 or m6.. that one never really got me because I use those terms all of the time.. Entertaining thread anyway

Saying E=mc^2 is wrong.

E=(mc * mc) ?

LTb1ow

Nope, E= mc^2/(1-v^2/c^2)^-.5

And how does that work? In one post you say it's wrong and then in the next you state it's right. No one was debating what the E represented.

Yes, but as he pointed out in his post, he was referring to people who use the term "rear fog lights" when asking about auxiliary back up lights....

Jim, that red car is actually one of the SEMA Camaro's that has an LS7.
Since it has a "big block" it got the blacked out tail/trunk pannel.

I hate when ricers use "throttle response" to describe the sound a car makes when you rev it up in neutral after installing a cold air intake or exhaust. Or "aggressive" for body kits. Or turbo lag to describe why a car is slow at 1000 rpms. Oh and "JDM." 90% of the people who use that term have no idea what it means. Like when you put a red honda badge on your car. This my JDM accord. Also people for some reason call unmarked cop cars "undercover". That really bugs me

its like sayin i'm gettin a stall converter. we're wrong and most of us get why. cheese

lol youre fine dude. u could always just save yourself the trouble and call it a " 3400 stall" or whatever rpm it is- instead of calling it a 3800 super duper high rpm stall converter. :lol: its alright as long as we know what youre talking about. people use this shortened terminology every day. everybody has 5 different names for the same tool, objects, etc etc. To anybody who is going to cry about this matter just--> http://i222.photobucket.com/albums/dd186/98tadriv/stopwhining.jpg
