My new T/A (thanks to 12secondv6) has pacesetter ceramic coated long tubes, catted Y, (not sure what brand but very nice looking) and a magnaflow catback. It is wayyyy to quiet for me. The long tubes have the egr and air hooked up to them so you can still go through emissions. Id like a set of non egr/air headers and a true dual system. If any of you racecar guys want a more streetable exhaust let me know.

I would get a decently sized cam.. would make your car SO much louder. I was almost deaf after NJ Torque's camaro flew past me. (he has a cam, LT's, and magnaflow)

Are you planning on driving the car on the road or will it be a track car only? If you plan on driving it you would be better off leaving the headers/y-pipe as is and just get some obnoxious muffler if you want to make noise. You won't gain any power by changing out the headers/y-pipe or the muffler but being loud seems to be the goal for a lot of people. The Loudmouth or TSP Rumbler should be loud enough to attract the attention of everyone.

I have a loudmouth catbach for a 100 bucks if you want.

yea i had a few guys pm me about true dual setups and i told them that i will pass on them for now and i will just order an off road Y. I dont want an obnoxiously raspy sounding car just want something a little louder than what i have now. Im pretty sure when i had my 25th anniversary T/A with stock exhaust it was louder than this car. lol

Off-road y-pipe will sound raspy no matter what cat-back exhaust you have. The cats help remove the rasp. The Borla cat-back is probably the most adjustable by changing the plates.
