Yeah, good info but kind of old these days. You can tell by the lack of the sure-grip on the Fram, and the lack of K&N data, which is a popular filter.
EDIT:
RIF. This page is maintained by Russell W. Knize and was last updated 06/20/00
10 year old data is pushing it...

True, didn't notice that... oops.
But, still says Wix is numero uno, so works for me. :)

ill say it a million times...frams are garbage. i directly attribute the blowing of my motor to my fram filter in the mitsubishi. never again

from what iv been told they have since fixed their problems with them collapsing, but i still wouldnt risk it... i mean there is enough companies out there to buy filters from to not use theirs.... i used to use the crapp purolator ones all the time and never had problems...

Good job on the research but that was a regular 3 dollar fram filter..I looked into these over on bobtheoilguy before i bought it and they got good reviews...Car has been running better then it ever did w/ the previous ACDelco...drivetrains as quiet as its ever been.

could you expand on this and show evidence of given statement? especially the second part, really curious as to how an oil filter quiets a drivetrain.
