Btw, from my understanding BBB is a complete joke. Companies pay to be a part of BBB so not all complaints actually become publicized.

Edit: Read the title wrong.

Not 100% a joke but pretty close. Attorney General should get it done. SLOWLY. But done.

BBB just called me to join today. Pay the money and get a good rating. No one i know even goes by what the BBB says.

you can also look into small claims court to try to get money back

I'm gonna do small claims court, im gonna get an estimate to repair the damage, which is very very minor, but was done by the shop. They charged for me install, and couldnt do it properly. I had to pay to ship the parts back, and had to pay to have them shipped back to me when the company i purchased them tested them and said they work fine. They also charged me for the aiming of the headlights which they never even did. Hopefully they just agree to give me my money back.
