non BBB acredited businesses
how do i go about filing a complaint about them? this shop ****ed up my car, couldnt properly install something, and refused to give me all of my money back, oh and i was charged for something they never did.

Btw, from my understanding BBB is a complete joke. Companies pay to be a part of BBB so not all complaints actually become publicized.

BBB just called me to join today. Pay the money and get a good rating. No one i know even goes by what the BBB says.

I'm gonna do small claims court, im gonna get an estimate to repair the damage, which is very very minor, but was done by the shop. They charged for me install, and couldnt do it properly. I had to pay to ship the parts back, and had to pay to have them shipped back to me when the company i purchased them tested them and said they work fine. They also charged me for the aiming of the headlights which they never even did. Hopefully they just agree to give me my money back.

i got the lights from hawks 3rd gen, i tested them myself this morning when i got them in the mail...again lmao, they work fine ! its only 2 wires a positive and a negative and pedro ( thats his name, no lie ) and other shop employees couldnt get it right.

and droptop, im just gonna say theyre on rt 73 in berlin and its not maaco. im not gonna put their name out. they also have a location in medford.
