does it count as a limo?
chauffeur in a suit - check
chassis of a limousine may have been extended by the manufacturer or by an independent coachbuilder - check
hired during special events - check
enclosed automobile with open driver's seat - half a check?

I like it.
But I'll never understand why the inside of a limo like that is always so GD tacky.

Because those limos are for fun, not fancy. I wonder if they've ever received a request to escort a husband & wife to a black-tie dinner. Likely not, but I'd like to see the receptionists face if he/she ever gets that request

It was a six - have the same car in red without the stretch. That car was definitely FWD, not 4wd.
