View Full Version : 86 T/A Soon to be For Sale
Black TTOPS, 305. missing a few parts like the POS rubber wing. Its been hit in the front as far as i know of, twice (once by me last winter)... I got pics laying around here somewhere ill post them up soon. Fairly new Vortex Exhaust (sounds real mean for a 305) with a two month old High Flow Cat, recently tuned up. Pioneer head unit. Yes, ttops have a slight leak by the window and a weld above the back seat is leaking a little bit.
Could be good for a parts car or a nice project car. It rides like a diamond in the ruff too <<<haha Needs TOOOOOOONS of TLC. Sh*tloads of parts go with it too. I have my hopes set on another car and theres no room in the driveway. Best offer takes it.

Willing to let it go for a $1,000? Â*Im interested. Â*What needs to be done to it, what are you giving with it.
PM sent too.
I just sent PMs and IM's to the people who are interested. Ill give more details
-Comes with a new holley remake of the Q-Jet (I thought the car needed a new carb, went to have it installed and the new carb was rough idling and dumping gas... just needs proper tuning, but the stock carb on it now is 100%)
-Recently tuned up with Bosch plugs/wires/ cap rotor / new EGR valve, coolant sensor, new alternator, 7000 cranking amp battery, new starter, faily new rubber tires (got them sometime last year, about 8 months old)
-The 305 engine runs REAAAALY strong for its 153K'ish miles. The trans on the other hand is a bit hard on the shifting when warming up, also think the pegleg rear is soon to be rebuilt. No visible leaks or anything of that sort.
-The interior is 75% there, but could use a complete restoration. The t-top headliner is missing, as well as the fusebox cover, a cpl other nicknacks, shift boot, pieces in the trunk i have but not installed, and rear cargo carpet (i still have the carpet, havent put it back in yet. I undersprayed the trunk to prevent any rust by the trunk drain from spreading. I also rigged the rear pull-down hatch with 4 bolts because the motor blew. So now it works like a regular hatch).
-The exterior is "so-so". The good thing is that there is NOOOOOOOO outside rust (except the removable part of the T-top bar). I got in an accident and replaced the hood, front bumper, and driver side fender. The way the manufacturer cut the hood, the vents dont fit so its vent-less along with the driver side fender (i have the vents and all, just cant get them to fit). T-tops have 2 leaks (one by the driver window, the other behind passenger seat) and there is a small spot weld above the hump between the rear seats that leaks. If i knew how to weld, it would be fixed.
Tried to explain it the best I can, dont know what Im looking for pricewise. If you want more info, msg me on AIM found below.
*Bump*
First $1100 FIRM in cash takes it. I need the money for my next car. I will be posting a video of it sometime tonight
