Belmar is a really nice venue for a cruise night. They close off a couple blocks and you park old style (diagonally) on the street. plenty of food venues on those blocks. I have to get back there!

Just curious, how do events actually enforce that?

they don't let you in the roped off area. i find most events enforcement is based on attendance. the more cars the easier it is to enforce, the fewer cars the more they overlooked. the old jackson outlets cruise was like that

4th gens are still considered too "modern" I suppose, damn those carb guys! :lol:

Park outside the event and rope your car off! Then set your chair up and stare...
