Belmar is a really nice venue for a cruise night. They close off a couple blocks and you park old style (diagonally) on the street. plenty of food venues on those blocks. I have to get back there!

they don't let you in the roped off area. i find most events enforcement is based on attendance. the more cars the easier it is to enforce, the fewer cars the more they overlooked. the old jackson outlets cruise was like that
