It's amazing the stuff you can throw away if you simply leave some alcohol for the guys doing the heavy lifting. I know someone that completely disassembled an entire bombed out and depleted Cherokee with a SawzAll and put the pieces at the curb with some booze. Gone. No questions asked.
I'm assuming it's better to leave good quality beer as opposed to a case of Coors or Bud? Gotta know; getting ready to get rid of some building materials.

Thats pretty much how it works in my town. If I see a case of beer, born on date still good and all, the whole pile will be gone. Some woman a cpl years ago was doing an addition to her house, and had a HUGE pile of shingles out there. She came up to us with $150, put it in the hands of the driver, pile was gone. From then on, she puts coffee, beverages AND lunch for us everyday we pick up her garbage. You treat your garbage men well, they will treat you well... trust me. They know where EVERY resident that has tipped lives.
The most IVE personally gotten from one house was $240 and 2 bottles of JD (I was 19 at the time). We have to split it between loader and driver, but still, $120 in the pocket is awesome.
