Brew City Beer Gear is launching a hooded sweatshirt with a front pouch designed to hold a beverage while keeping your hands free. They've reportedly been working on it for about three years and have a patent on the design

looks cool but problem would be the condensation from the beer and your body heat getting it warm quick... it needs to be insulated
