Whats a good but cheaper protein shake that tastes good?

RTD (Ready-To-Drink, or premade) or a powder?
IMO (and I've drank a lot of them): RTD- Muscle Milk Powder- Optimum Chocolate or Mint Chocolate |
get yourself a 10 pound bag of optimum nutrition whey protein(i like vanilla cream? and but like 2-3 strawberrys in it and blend it up....:drool:)

As for prices, they are all over the place. Try Bodybuilding.com and Supplementwarehouse.com. RTDs will be more expensive per gram of protein since they are premade and prepackaged. |
