Block Cleaning

I needa Clean up my block real nice so i can sell it. dont need to clean anything internally, just the outside. but the thing is the heads are off it. any tips or magical cleans you guys recomend ?

Big one is to take it to a car wash and pressure wash it.

Be careful with some of the harsh cleaners as they are no good for aluminum.

Simple green and a sponge? Mask off and paper towel where you don't wanna try to get wet? Air gun dry?

Spray Nine and a parts washer brush.

I would say no bueno. I'd start with something simple like Tide and a pressure washer.

FYI, I got confirmation that Purple power will pit aluminum, sometimes even if rinsed off.

Muratic Acid.

Most if it might come off with just water if your using a power washer

Aluminum block? Aluminum wheel cleaner, the one that you spray on and hose off. Works great. Sometimes you need to scrub a little to get it all off.
