Simple, just don't create a policy that could put you in a position where you'd be taken to small claims. I understand that they are ordering form GM, so really, they are a 3rd party, so they have to eat ordering the wrong thing from GM, so they tack on the restocking fee, happens to us, and we are part of NAPA! thus why we have a we order, you can't return policy, we get hit, and 99% it's the customers fault.
