What is more important right now? Trying to increase Buick's traffic and get people to realize the new Regal, or spend that money on telling people the Camaro is a muscle car. Thats one thing I find funny about people's attraction to the Mustang or Challenger commercials. The Challenger one is...well...odd?
Mustang commercial is good, and drives home the new V6, not the 5.0. I dont think you will see much of a 5.0 commercial from Ford.
I think with the new guy in charge of marketing, we are gunna see a much different approach to commercials. The guy they hired, he had been approached by GM before, but Joel Ewanick wanted total control of GM's marketing, with no one else's hands in it. He was actually hired by Nissan and worked there for less then a month till GM caved and told him he could have total control, and he came on board and started to fix everything that was fugged up before he got there.
Joel Ewanick is the guy that led Hyundai and Kia into two of teh fastest growing brands in the world.

Time will tell I guess. The pony war has been reignited IMO...GM gave Ford a nice jab to the chops and Ford gave one right back with the '11 Mustang. I just hope GM doesn't rest since the Camaro is on top for now, mark my words...the new Mustang WILL eat into Camaro sales soon...
Al, what kind of incentives is GM giving, if any, on the new Camaro? Ford is doing 0% on the Mustang.
