Jersey_TA's tips for "kills"

1. Always, ALWAYS drive around on sticky tires when looking for kills

2. If casing a popular road for kills always cruise up and down once or twice to see where the cops are sitting if any

3. When racing a ricer that is edging forward while watching the other light turn yellow, count to 2 when the other light turns red and plant the gas.....you will get an easy 1-2 cars right when your light turns green, to add to the cruiseships you put on him, before he reacts and he will be super pissed when he lines up next to you after you slow down(true story lol did it myself AHAHAHAHA) Ofcourse always make sure your light is the next one to go so you don't have any "complications"

4. After 2 or so races, depending on how loud your car is, switch to just cruising mode up and down the street to look for cops

5. After destroying a ricer, if he tries to do a fly-by, hit the gas and kill him again. Repeat if necessary. If you fail to do this you might end up on some forum in the kill section with the guy posting something like....."I just killed a (insert car here)"

6. Always give the other guy a thumbs up unless he's a jackass or spouting out ricer excuses then flip the bird or respond with my personal favorite, a thumbs up immediately follow by a thumbs down

7. Always knock a second off the time you think a 5.0 is running for each color paint is on the car(just kidding, inside joke)

8. When you pull up next to someone at a light or vice versa, ALWAYS look at the tires they are running

9. If there is a chance you will lose, if you talk ****, you will lose.

10. Always identify the car you are trying to race before you race. What you think is an easy kill might come around to bite you later. (I didn't do this one single time, acted a little cocky to the mercedes next to me, and got smoked by what I found out later was an Rentech E55 AMG with 5 people in the car and a video camera = OWNED)

Got bored at work lol

The judges are still out. The cam finally came in though, which was the last part we were waiting for.

Dude, do you really need to post this kind of email? I'm sorry to sound like a buzz-kill but if you want to race take it to the track. Is your "manlihood" that small where some douche in a black and white painted Noen with a fart-can and "Spec R" in big letters can make you feel like less unless you make it to the next stop light first?

don't forget not speeding. you will attract mroe races by taking your time moving up and down teh strip. if you go flying around people will either think your car is too fast for them to handle or think you are out of contol and won't wanna race you

I used to race all the time on the street but have all but stopped. I thought posting this would be somewhat insightful/funny to those that do. Learn to take a joke. Lord knows trying to insult me is really not worth time it would take to do it.

If you don't like it, then don't post. Jeez who pissed in your cherrios?

Ok... I'll eat my crow. I didn't realize it was a joke. Been reading too many posts where they were serious. Seeing too many r*cers out there who try to race anything.

A few years ago I used to race anyone that tried, but I never instigated the race unless it was a Vette or Viper

Why wouldn't I? I have raced 3 in my life.

Me stock vs red GTS = viper wins by bus lengths
Me bolt-ons with 212/214 cam vs black GTS = viper slowly pulls 2 cars before shut down around 90
Me bolt-ons, TC, 228/228 cam vs New red SRT-10 = 50-110 dead even, he pulled 2 cars by 130 and I shut down.

Next time will be slightly different

quoted for truth...
They all have a 4 inch cowl hood, flowmasters and some GT40 part, but the more primer they have, the fast they go.
See how many solid color 5.0's go 11's to how many are 50% bondo/fiberglass.
