cammed ls1 on interstate?

well im going to be getting a motor put in my z hopefully very soon. while the newer motor is still out of my car i was thinking about having josh throw my asa cam in there.

any idea how the car would run with this cam if i were to take it from jersey to sc and back when i go on vacation?

here are the specs.

Duration @ 0.050" (I/E) : 226/236
Lift (I/E) : 0.525"/0.525"
Lobe Separation : 110
RPM Range : 2500 - 6500
Cam Type : Hydraulic Roller

also any idea what the stock push rod length on a 2002 ls1 from a z28 is?

You'd be fine with that cam on the highway provided the tune is on...it's a decent sized cam but by no means huge...at least not in my opinion.

Ask Josh, he'd know too(obviously lol)

You'll be fine with that cam on the highway. I have a bigger cam then that and it runs like stock cursing on the highway with the same gas milage.
