removed side molding

WHAT A DIFFERENCE everyone kept telling me to do it , but I just always put it aside. This is a must for everyone with these cars, something so simple but such a huge change. I just heated the adhesive with a hairdryer took off the molding, then rolled the adhesive off with my thumbs and cleaned it all up..(my thumbs are killing me today haha)

Im going to take a pic when i get out of class and ill post it up

This is an excellent mod, unless your car was repainted at one point like mine.

it was really easy..

1. i used fishing line to seperate the 1st inch or 2 of the molding off the car
2.pulled the molding very slowly as i had the blowdryer on high heat blowing on the adhesive
3.rolled off all of the adhesive with my thumbs(kills your thumbs after a while)
4.used bug and tar remover to take off the little bits of glue
5.waxed it up

I think Steve was referring to the side molding, not the spoiler, since that's what this thread is about.
