On the third gens the motor mounts utilize through bolts with washers and nuts on the inside of the k member (not sure if that's the same as on the 4th gens). The only access that GM gives you (aside from where the A arm mounts up to) is a 1 3/4" hole located on rear face of the K member.
So yea 2 of the 3 bolts are easy to remove (through the 1 3/4" hole), however the lower bolt seems to be difficult to get at due to the way the k member is stamped.
