Well i had a tough time deciding between before/after the cat. since its got two cats id want two cutouts but i only had one so i put had it welded into the classic f-body location. i was thinking maybe nxt summer ill buy headers and sneak two cutouts there and swap for a different setup, as for now i am savvy wit what i gots

although i like the fact that i can go from loud and noticable, to sleek and tame with my quietflow wit the touch of a switch

on my 88 i got shorty headers into a Y-pipe then the cutout then the high flow cat into the catback.... ive had it like this for a few years and now i rarely open the cutout anymore... if the car had any balls to back up the sound id deff open it more often lol

I don't get what your trying to say? My y-pipe can catch my driveshaft too. Both the x and y pipe wont save the floordboard without a loop though.

exhaust wont keep the drive shaft from hitting the floor.........in relation to the drive shaft the floor is up and the exhaust is down, you got lucky
